REP Mentoring Program

Mentoring relationships with youth are complex and there is more to be learned about what makes them succeed, particularly when mentors are matched through organizations like the REP mentoring program. It is important to know that all young people in the development stage of the  mentee-mentor relationships with adults, can be challenging during their middle and high school years.   Nonparent mentors ,teachers, clergy, and civic leaders are highly instrumental in how these teens learn how to believe in themselves and tackle challenging issues they face day to day.
